  • Kuvaus: The private black-and-white footage by Erich Schnabel was taken when his second oldest son Konrad started school in Oybin in 1943. Due to the war, the family with the three sons had already been sent there at the end of 1942 to live with Erich Schnabel's parents. Gotthart, the oldest son, who had been enrolled in the Hans Schemm School in Dresden-Gruna in 1942, where Erich Schnabel had also taught as a teacher in the past, now also went to school in Oybin.
